Faithfully You: How God Wired You and How to Live Fully in That Design
Hey, It's Ronai,
I’ve been preparing a message that’s been stirring in my heart for weeks now — one that honestly feels like a reflection of everything God’s been teaching me over the last few years.
It’s called “Faithfully You: How God Wired You and How to Live Fully in That Design.”
And friends, this one is personal.
You know how sometimes God gives you a word that you feel before you can even explain it? That’s what this message has been for me. Every time I sit down to pray or write, He keeps whispering,
“Tell My people I didn’t make mistakes when I made them.”
That line alone has undone me a few times while preparing.
For so many years, I thought faithfulness meant fitting in.
I tried to be everything to everyone — serving hard, showing up for everyone else, doing all the “right things.”
But somewhere in all that striving, I lost sight of who God actually made me to be.
That started to change when I discovered my CliftonStrengths (and later, through working with my mentor, Eddie Villa).
It wasn’t just a personality test for me — it became a spiritual awakening.
God started showing me that my wiring — my communication, positivity, empathy, my love for people — wasn’t a coincidence.
It was divine design.
And later, as I wrote Faithfully Unleash Your Strengths, I began to see how this ties into Scripture — how our talents and wiring aren’t just about productivity, they’re about purpose.
Here’s a little peek into what I’ll be sharing in this new sermon:
Psalm 139:14 reminds us that we are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” God didn’t roll the dice when He made you — He designed you intentionally.
Ephesians 2:10 tells us we are His workmanship — His poem. Every part of you, even the parts you’ve tried to hide, were written by His hand.
Colossians 1:27 reveals the secret ingredient: Christ in you, the hope of glory.
That’s the 35th Talent — the one I teach about in my book — the one that changes everything.
Because when Christ lives in you, He doesn’t erase your design; He expresses Himself through it.
I can’t tell you how many people I’ve met who feel like they’re “too much,” or “not enough.”
But friend, when you start to understand how God wired you — how your natural talents connect to His divine purpose — everything shifts.
You stop striving and start abiding.
You stop comparing and start living connected to the Vine.
You begin to see how your wiring, when surrendered to Him, becomes a form of worship.
And that’s what I want to share in this message.
What If You Could See Yourself the Way God Sees You?

That’s the question I’ll be unpacking.
Because I truly believe the moment you start to see yourself as God’s masterpiece — His poiēma— that’s when the world around you begins to change too.
This message is full of Scripture, real-life stories (yes, including a few funny ones), and practical ways to walk in your God-given design every single day.
If your church, women’s ministry, or small group is looking for a message that helps people fall in love with how God made them — I’d love to come share this word with your community.
If this message resonates with you, or you’d like to explore having me speak at your church, event, or women’s conference — reach out.
Let’s pray together about what Faithfully You could look like in your congregation.
Because this isn’t just a message — it’s a reminder that you are God’s masterpiece, designed on purpose, for a purpose.
And He’s not finished with you yet.
Faithfully
Ronai
