I Joined a Mushroom Company... and I’m Allergic to Mushrooms

September 17, 20263 min read

Hey, it’s Ronai!

Let’s just start with the irony.

I joined a company that a lot of people know because of a mushroom drink... and I’m allergic to mushrooms.

And I REALLY wish I could drink Rise. After seeing what it has done for my husband and son, there have definitely been moments when I’ve thought, “Seriously? Of all the things I could be allergic to, it had to be mushrooms?”

But that’s also what led me to discover something I didn’t realize when I first joined Frequense.

This is so much bigger than mushrooms.

Frequense Tuned Jewelry

We’re Surrounded by More Than We Realize

Think about a normal day. Your phone is next to you. WiFi is running through your house. You’re using Bluetooth in your car, working on a computer, wearing a smartwatch, watching a smart TV, and carrying wireless technology almost everywhere you go.

Then add everything else our bodies deal with every day. Stress, lack of sleep, environmental exposures, busy schedules, and the constant demands of modern life.

I’m certainly not giving up my phone or moving to a cabin in the woods with no WiFi.

For me, this is about asking a different question:

How can I be more intentional about supporting my body while still living in the world I live in?

That’s where the Frequense jewelry caught my attention.

Wait... I Can WEAR My Frequencies?

Each piece in the Frequense collection is imprinted with more than 200 frequencies designed to continuously interact with your biofield.

According to Frequense, these frequencies are designed to help:

• Neutralize and offset EMF stress before it compounds in the body.
• Promote balance in cellular communication and energy production.
• Support overall vitality, clarity, and resilience.

That explanation made it click for me.

The idea isn’t about being afraid of technology or trying to block everything around us. Technology is part of our world, and it isn’t going anywhere. It’s about giving our bodies another layer of support while we live in that world.

And I can do that by wearing jewelry?

Now THAT has my attention.

There’s nothing to mix, nothing to swallow, and no complicated routine to remember. I put it on and go.

I can wear it while I’m coaching, speaking, traveling, writing, playing with my grandbabies, feeding my chickens, working in the garden, or doing the other 47 things I somehow decided needed to happen that day.

And did I mention that it’s beautiful?

People don’t look at it and think “frequency technology.” They say, “I LOVE your jewelry!”

And you know me...

I like my pretty with a purpose.

Wellness That Fits Into My Life

That may be what I’m enjoying most about discovering this side of Frequense.

I believe wellness should support the whole person. Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually. I’m always interested in tools that can become part of everyday life rather than another complicated thing I have to manage.

I’m still learning about frequency technology, and I’ll continue asking questions as I go. But I love that this is opening up an entirely different conversation about wellness for me.

So yes, apparently I joined a “mushroom company” even though I’m allergic to mushrooms.

And somehow my wellness routine now includes accessorizing.

I’m 100% okay with that.

If you’re curious about the frequency-infused jewelry I’ve been wearing or any of the Frequense products, reach out. I’d love to show you the collection and share what I’m learning.

Because Frequense is turning out to be so much bigger than I originally realized.

And for me, it keeps coming back to the same simple idea:

FEEL GOOD NOW.
