Hey, it’s Ronai!

Let's talk self-care! Whether you're juggling work, family, or just life in general, it’s easy to put yourself last. But not today! I’m here to share some of my favorite self-care tips to keep you feeling vibrant and ready to take on the world. We’re diving into breath work, meditations, strengths, and—you guessed it—essential oils!

Breathe in, breathe out!

First up, let's talk breath work. It's so simple but seriously powerful. Taking a few minutes each day for deep breathing can help calm your mind and reset your nervous system. Here’s a quick one for you to try: Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 4, then exhale through your mouth for 8 counts. It’s like a mini vacation for your brain!

 

Breath Ease

And while you're breathing, grab some essential oils to kick it up a notch! My go-to blend for breath work is my custom BreathEase blend, made with CPTG Breathe Blend, Eucalyptus, SuperMint, and Birch. A drop or two in your palms while you breathe deep will open up those airways and relax your mind like magic.

Meditation magic!

I know, I know—meditation can feel intimidating if you’re new to it, but it doesn’t have to be! All you need is five minutes. Close your eyes, breathe, and let the worries float away. One of my favorite meditations is focusing on gratitude. Think about one thing you're grateful for today, and really feel that joy in your heart.

 

And, of course, essential oils make meditation even better. A few drops of Frankincense or my personal fave, Citrus Bliss, will center you and help lift your spirits. Seriously, it’s like giving your mind a hug!

 

Leverage those strengths!

Now, you know I can’t talk about self-care without mentioning strengths. Knowing and honoring your CliftonStrengths is the secret sauce to living a joyful and productive life. When I lean into my top strengths—Communication, Includer, and Positivity—it lights me up and makes everything more fun (and productive)!

 

If you’re feeling stuck or need a boost, think about how you can use your strengths to create more joy in your day. Are you a Learner? Maybe dive into a new hobby. Achiever? Make a list and check things off—it’ll feel so satisfying! Whatever your strengths are, trust that they can lead you toward more fulfillment.

 

Essential Oils – My Self-Care BFFs!

And, of course, essential oils are my go-to for ALL things self-care. Feeling stressed? Grab some Balance (or another calming oil, if you're like me and ready to mix it up!). Need an energy boost? A little Peppermint or Citrus Bliss will perk you right up!

 

For an all-around boost, try diffusing my BreathEase blend throughout the day. It’ll support your respiratory health while creating a calming atmosphere. Win-win!
