Hey, it’s Ronai!
What if I told you that the best self-discovery tool I’ve ever found wasn’t some fancy personality quiz or a one-size-fits-all book—it was something called the CliftonStrengths report?
Yep. That 30-minute assessment flipped the script on everything I thought I knew about “who I should be” and finally introduced me to who I really am.
Let me tell you—once I understood my strengths, it was like meeting the real me for the first time. Not the version the world tried to mold me into. Not the version that was trying to keep up with everyone else. Just the real, raw, joyful me.
Think of it like a map to your soul (okay, maybe not that dramatic—but close). It shows you the top natural talents God wired into you when He knit you together in your mama’s womb. This isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about unlocking what’s right with you.
When I first got my results, these were my top 10 strengths (and honestly, they still feel like me to the core):
Woo – I love connecting with people. Give me a room full of strangers, and I’ll walk out with new besties.
Empathy – I feel what others feel. I don’t just hear your words—I feel your heart.
Positivity – I bring the sunshine. Even on hard days, I’ve got hope to share.
Communication – Words are my playground, and I use them to lift others up.
Activator – I don’t wait around. I make things happen. Like, now.
Adaptability – I roll with the punches and trust God’s timing.
Belief – My values guide everything I do. My faith is my foundation.
Includer – Nobody gets left out. Not on my watch.
Achiever – I love checking things off a to-do list. Let’s go!
Connectedness – Everything happens for a reason. Nothing is random.
And just beyond that? Arranger and Developer—which means I love helping people grow and putting the right pieces in the right places. (Also, can we just take a moment to celebrate how Relationship Building and Influencing I am?! No wonder I’m always in the middle of a people-powered project.)
Now here’s where things got really exciting. I stumbled across Eddie Villa, the genius behind the Unleash Your Strengths movement. Eddie doesn’t just teach you what your strengths are—he helps you live them out, in the most authentic, God-honoring way possible.
Eddie’s style? Real. Raw. Relatable. And he doesn’t ask you to tone yourself down—he encourages you to turn it up.
Working through his teachings was like getting permission to be unapologetically ME.
He said something once that stuck with me:
“Your strengths aren’t just how you do things—they’re how you love people.”
Mic drop.
That quote—and everything he teaches—resonated so deeply with me that I became a Certified Unleash Your Strengths Coach.
And now? I get to help others experience that same breakthrough.
*** I’m currently taking on a limited number of coaching clients, so if your heart is saying"yes, this is what I need!"—reach out and let’s talk!
Now imagine all of this—your strengths, your gifts, your natural way of moving through the world—aligned with your FAITH.
That’s what our new book is all about. (Yes, I wrote a book with Eddie's Help!)
It's a deep dive into how God designed you with specific strengths for a specific purpose. And when you stop trying to be like everyone else and start trusting how He wired you? That’s when everything changes. You stop striving and start thriving.
You don’t just love who you are—you actually like yourself.
You stop asking for permission to shine and realize… God already said YES.
You don’t need to change who you are to find joy, purpose, or success. You just need to remember who God made you to be in the first place.
And the CliftonStrengths report?
It’s the flashlight that helps you find your way back to that truth.
If you’re curious about how to get your own report or want to hear more about the book (and trust me, you do), stay tuned! I’ve got more to share real soon.
Until then, I’ll leave you with this truth:
You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Your strengths are not an accident. They are your assignment.
If you’ve been nodding along and thinking, “I want to love who I am, too…” — then friend, this is your sign!
As a Certified Eddie Villa Unleash Your Strengths Coach, I help women (just like you!) discover their God-given gifts, ditch the pressure to “fit in,” and live with more joy, purpose, and confidence.
Whether you’re brand new to CliftonStrengths or you’ve taken the test and want help going deeper… I’m here to walk with you step by step.
Let’s find out who God made you to be—and help you love that version of you like never before.
