Your session will take place by phone, Zoom, or as otherwise arranged through JESN LLC.

Every session is designed to serve you with excellence, grace, and integrity — and this policy helps protect that time for both of us.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Life happens — I completely understand. Out of respect for both your time and mine, please review the following guidelines:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus a 5% scheduling and payment processing fee. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. (Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.)

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance will receive a session credit valid for 30 days. If the session is not rescheduled within that time, the credit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, do not qualify for a refund or credit.

Late Arrivals

Please plan to join your session on time to receive the full benefit. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to honor appointments that follow.

Technical Issues

If you experience phone or internet connection issues during a session, please contact me immediately. If we cannot reconnect within the first 10 minutes, the session may be rescheduled at my discretion.

Medical or Family Emergencies

I understand that true emergencies can arise unexpectedly. If you experience a medical or family emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Packages and Multi-Session Programs

For pre-paid packages or multi-session programs, individual session refunds are not available once the program begins. Sessions may be rescheduled within the program timeframe.

By scheduling a session with JESN LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
